Listings, viewings and closings — operating within the Real Estate operational architecture, with capabilities, data fields, and workflows configured for how a residential brokerage actually manages its day-to-day operations.
A residential brokerage is a relationship business measured in pipeline velocity. The brokers who close consistently are the ones who never let a warm lead go cold, who follow up before the client shops around, and who have full visibility into every active listing and buyer journey — without hunting for information across their phone contacts and a shared spreadsheet.
Agents handle their own leads in personal systems, so the principal has no real view of the team's pipeline. Viewings get scheduled by WhatsApp and aren't recorded formally. Documents — offers, counter-offers, contracts — arrive by email and get filed in personal folders. When an agent leaves, their pipeline walks out with them.
These are the capabilities configured for this template. Start with them, then adjust to your process — nothing invented, only what a residential brokerage actually uses.

Deploy from the Real Estate operational baseline—shared capabilities, field structures, and workflow logic—then extend it with the data models, process steps, and reporting formats specific to a residential brokerage operation.
