Refund Policy
Clear rules on when you get your money back — no fine-print surprises.
1. Overview
This policy explains when you can receive a refund for ConfigBiz paid plans and credit packs. Subscription payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. If anything below is unclear, contact us before you buy and we will help you choose the right plan.
2. Free trial
New workspaces can start with a free trial that requires no payment details or that does not charge until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial expires, you are never charged. Starting a paid subscription after a trial is a new purchase and is covered by the sections below.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your workspace billing section, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you request a refund within 7 days of a monthly charge, we will refund that charge in full. After 7 days, the current month is non-refundable, but you keep full access until the period ends.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans renew automatically each year. If you request a refund within 30 days of the initial annual purchase, we will refund it in full. After 30 days, you may still request a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused full months of the term. Renewal charges on annual plans can be refunded in full if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal date.
5. How to request a refund
Open a request from your workspace billing section or through our contact page. Include your workspace name and the receipt or invoice number for the charge. We review requests within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued through our payment provider and typically reaches your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. What is not refundable
Usage-based credits that have already been consumed, such as spent AI credits, are non-refundable. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Custom implementation work, onboarding services already delivered, and charges resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service are not refundable.
7. Cancellation is separate from refunds
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself issue a refund for the current period. Your workspace stays fully active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data remains available for export. If you also want money back for a recent charge, submit a refund request as described above.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly — most cases are resolved faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback while a refund request is in progress may delay resolution, and workspaces with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is settled.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect new plans or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be announced in advance on our website.
