Phased project sales — operating within the Real Estate operational architecture, with capabilities, data fields, and workflows configured for how a development actually manages its day-to-day operations.
Property development projects require managing the entire arc from land acquisition through construction milestones to pre-sales and handover — often simultaneously across multiple units or phases. The developers who succeed are the ones who maintain tight cost control, keep buyers informed throughout the wait, and know their settlement timeline with confidence.
Pre-sales are managed across spreadsheets and emails while the construction team works off a different set of documents entirely. Buyer updates happen sporadically — usually when they call asking for one. Settlement schedules drift as milestones slip, but the sales team is the last to know. Finance draws against milestones that haven't actually been achieved yet.
These are the capabilities configured for this template. Start with them, then adjust to your process — nothing invented, only what a development actually uses.
