Cohorts and certifications — operating within the Education operational architecture, with capabilities, data fields, and workflows configured for how a training institute actually manages its day-to-day operations.
A training institute delivers accredited or professional development programmes where the stakes of programme completion and certification issuance are high for every participant. Managing cohort enrolments, assessment tracking, trainer schedules and compliance reporting demands an administrative infrastructure that keeps every student's journey on track from application to certificate.
Training coordinators are managing multiple cohorts simultaneously — each at different stages in the programme, with different assessment submission deadlines and varying completion rates. Trainer scheduling conflicts emerge when two cohorts need the same specialist on the same day. Assessment results are recorded in spreadsheets that are separate from the enrolment system. Certification issuance happens manually and is sometimes delayed for weeks after programme completion.
These are the capabilities configured for this template. Start with them, then adjust to your process — nothing invented, only what a training institute actually uses.

Deploy from the Education operational baseline—shared capabilities, field structures, and workflow logic—then extend it with the data models, process steps, and reporting formats specific to a training institute operation.
