Installs, calls and compliance — operating within the Construction operational architecture, with capabilities, data fields, and workflows configured for how an electrical actually manages its day-to-day operations.
An electrical contracting business spans the full range from residential callouts and small commercial fit-outs to large infrastructure projects requiring compliance documentation, test certificates and as-built drawings. Managing that range efficiently — with a mobile field team, a materials account and a billing cycle that keeps cash flowing — requires operational discipline that goes beyond a job book.
Electricians are dispatched by call or message to callout jobs while larger project work is allocated at a Monday meeting that doesn't account for callout volume during the week. Materials are picked up from the merchant on account, with purchase slips handed in sporadically for the admin team to reconcile. Compliance certificates are produced and filed in a folder — sometimes forwarded to the client, sometimes not. Invoicing happens weekly from timesheets that may or may not reflect all materials used on the job.
These are the capabilities configured for this template. Start with them, then adjust to your process — nothing invented, only what a electrical actually uses.

Hire the people you need without losing track of candidates.
Deploy from the Construction operational baseline—shared capabilities, field structures, and workflow logic—then extend it with the data models, process steps, and reporting formats specific to a electrical operation.
